CUSTOMER INTERNET ACCESS
Listed below are fund companies that have internet access for clients to review their accounts online.  Along with the company providing the client access, we have included the instructions how to setup your account for internet access.  Not all of the companies provide internet access for their clients, so if your company is not listed that is probably the situation.    

Allianz

Go to www.allianzlife.com

  • Look for a Blue box on the right-hand side in middle of the page it will say "Register"
  • Click on:Register
  • Fill out information by selecting a username and password.
  • You will also be required to give your SSN, DOB, email address, and phone number.
  • After you are set up, you can login @ www.allianzlife.com and enter your "Username" and "Password", and then review your account.

American Funds

Go to www.americanfunds.com

  • Click on "Individual Investor"

  • Click on "New User"

  • Follow all of the steps to Register and set-up your login and password information.

AXA

Go to www.us.axa.com

  • In the top right-hand corner look for "Register", click on it,
  • Then select Individual or Trust whatever your account is listed as, and then click on "Go" or "Ok"
  • Put in information to set up your "Username" and "Password"
  • In the future, just login at us.axa.com and enter your Username and Password

American National - Fixed and VAN

Go to www.anico.com

  • Locate Customer Support Tab and in the drop down window click on Customer Access,
  • Then for First Time Users, click "Sign Up Here",
  • Read Registrations steps and click "Continue",
  • Click on and read each item (Terms of Use, Notice of Privacy Policy, Legal Statement, and Disclosure),
  • Then check the box "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click "Continue",
  • Fill in the policy information and make sure you have the correct policy issue date, then click "Continue",
  • Fill in the client information and answer security questions, then click "Continue",
  • Once you filled out information and if needed selected username and password, you can access your account information @ www.anico.com.

Athene

There are certain products available online. But you need to call the company and see if your account is available online.

Commonwealth

Go to https://cwannuity.se2.com

  • Click on Setting up User Account,
  • Fill in general information (will also need your SSN and an email address),
  • Setup your Username and Password,
  • Commonwealth will email you a temporary password and then you will set up your password.
  • When you receive the temporary password, you login at https://cwannuity.se2.com and set up your new password in the User Profile section.
  • Always go to https://cwannuity.se2.com to access your account information.

DWS- Destinations or Kemper - Scudder Destinations products now are under Zurich American Life - see information there

DWScudder - Mutual Fund

Go to www.deutschefunds.com

  • Click on "Individual Investor",
  • On the top right-hand side, click on "Sign in and enroll",
  • Then you need to select "Investor sign in",
  • There will be a list of opetions, and you want to select the first one, "Class A, B, C",
  • Then click on "Account Access",
  • Select "New Register Now",
  • Follow the steps to sign-up.

Eaton Vance

Go to www.eatonvance.com

  • Click on "Individual Investor",
  • Click on "Individual Account Access",
  • Follow the steps to register and set-up your User ID and Password. 

EquiTrust

They do not provide internet access for client accounts at this time.

Fidelity and Guaranty Life

They do not provide internet access for client accounts at this time.

Franklin Templeton

Go to www.franklintempleton.com

  • Locate "Register" at the top and click on it,
  • Make sure Registration Type is "Individual Investor" and click "Next",
  • In the Account Set-Up section, fill in all of the required information, create an User ID and Password, and select the Challenge Questions, then click "Next",
  • Read the Agree to Terms and agree with it, and then click "Next".

Guggenheim

They do not provide internet access for client accounts at this time.

Hartford

Go to www.hartfordinvestor.com

  • On the toolbar locate and click on "Client".
  • In the section, "Need to Register",
  • Click and follow the instructions to register and setup your account.
  • You will need your contract number, SSN, and DOB.

ING/VOYA

Invesco

Go to www.invesco.com/us

  • Click on "Individual Investor",
  • On the top, locate the "Register" button and click on it,
  • You will need to provide our Social Security Number, and click "Continue",
  • Follow the steps to register and create your User Id and Password. 

Jackson National Life

Go to www.jackson.com

  • On the right side look for "My Account"
  • Click on: Register
  • Fill out information to set up your User ID and Password so you may access your account information.
  • Once you are set up, you will log into www.jackson.com and enter your "User Name" and "Password" and then you will be able to access your account.

John Hancock

Go to www.jhannuities.com

  • On the left-hand side locate the "New to our site? Register Now" link and click on it,
  • In the middle of the page, locate the "Please select the appropriate Registration area" and in the "Current Annuity Customers" box, click on "Register Now",
  • Then enter your SSN, re-enter your SSN, Contract number, and type in the code in the box, then click "Continue",
  • You will need to fill in the information to setup your User ID and email address,
  • Then John Hancock will send you an email verifying your User ID and giving you a temporary password.
  • Once you login, you will be prompted to change your Password.

Lincoln Financial

Go to www.lfg.com

  • On the left-hand side, click on the link "Register Now"
  • Select "annuity",
  • Fill out all of the verification information. For example, Contract #, SSN, DOB, and contact information.
  • Answer the Challenge code
  • Create your "Username" and "Password".
  • In the future, login @ www.lfg.com
  • Then on the left-hand side, select "Annuities"
  • Enter your "Username" and "Password" and you can access your account information.

National Western Life

Go to www.nationalwesternlife.com

  • On the left-hand side, under "Login Access" click on "Policyowner",
  • Then enter you 10 digit policy number and on your first time at the website, click on "Request PIN",
  • You will receive a message that says, "Your PIN will be mailed to you at the address of record."

Ohio National

Go to www.ohionational.com

  • In the lower left-hand corner, there will be a box "Access My Account", click on it
  • Then locate and click on "Client Registration"
  • You will need to enter your personal information, contract number, address, SSN, DOB
  • After that, you will setup a "Username" and "Password".
  • You will need the "Username" and "Password" for future visits to the website to login.

Pacific Life

Go to www.pacificlife.com

  • On the right-hand side, locate "Annuities" tab and click on it,
  • Then on the left-hand side in the "Client Account Sign-In" box, click on "First-time User" link,
  • Fill in all of the information to create a user account and click "Submit",
  • Note: in the "Create User Account" box, it says, "Login accounts will expire after 1 year of inactivity."
  • Next, follow the instructions to setup a "Username" and "Password". Keep record of this information as you will need it when you go to the website to login.

Prudential

Go to www.prudentialannuities.com

  • On the main navigation bar, select My Account, then My Annuity, then click the link to Service Online.
  • Select Register on the Login page.
  • Enter your information: DOB, SSN, Contract Number, Select a username, Select a password,
  • Retype password
  • Challenge question - Answer your challenge question

Sagicor

Go to www.sagicorlifeusa.com

  • On the left-hand side, locate "Policyholder" link and click on it,
  • In the Policy Owner Login box, click on green "register to continue",
  • Enter Policy Number, SSN, email, select your User ID, and Password, verify your Password,
  • Then in the box, "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions" statement, check the box,
  • Click "Submit".

Security Benefit (Foundations)

Go to www.securitybenefit.com

  • On the top right-hand corner, you will see an orange box "Login" click on it.
  • In the dropdown box, you will see "New to Security Benefit - Register, click on it
  • Fill out all of the information to register and click, "Submit".
  • You will receive an email that says you have setup an User ID. Once everything has been verified you will receive a temporary password. This takes about 24 hours.
  • You will receive your temporary password.
  • Go back to the website and login with your User ID and temporary password.
  • You will be asked to create a new password.
  • Do this and use the new password for future visits to the website.

SEI Private Trust

Go to www.PortfolioAccess.com

  • On the Home Page, select the link that says, "Sign Up to View Your Account(s) Online".
  • Read and agree to the Terms of Use by clicking, "I Agree".
  • Complete your profile by registering your Personal Information.
  • Enter your account number as provided by your advisor, as well as your tax ID (this is for security purposes).
  • Your login information and password will be provided and you now have access to the site. (Please note that your first time logging in, you will be prompted to accept the terms of agreement in order to register your ID, and for security purposes, you will be asked to set up a few security questions.)

TransAmerica Idex

Go to www.transamerica.com

  • Click "Login",
  • Click "Mutual fund",
  • Click "Individual Investor",
  • Then click "New User - Register",
  • Follow thest eps to register and set-up a Usesr Id and Password.
  • Once this is done, you can also choose if you want to receive statements and other items electronically.
  • You may also view tax documents oneline.
  • If you register electronically, you can view the tax documents.
  • You may review statements from 2010 to present. 

TransAmerica Life

Go to www.transamerica.com

  • On the top tabs, click "Individual".
  • Locate "New Customer?" and in the dropdown box "Select One", select "Annuities" and then click "Sign-Up" tab.
  • In the Register box, fill in all of the information, name, SSN, DOB, Policy Number, Enter Security Code (this is case sensitive), then click "Next".
  • Setup your Username and Password.

VOYA/ ING - Fixed

Go to www.voya.com

  • The upper right-hand corner locate the box "Access Your Account",
  • In the dropdown window, select ING Annuity and Assets Contracts, then click "GO" in the orange box,
  • Locate the line, "New to ING for Customers Website" and click on it,
  • You will then need to fill in the information to set up your account access.
  • You will need the last 4 digits of your SSN, DOB, email address, and your contract number.
  • Then you will set up your Username and Password.

VOYA/ING- Mutual Fund

Go to www.voya.com

  • In the middle of the screen, find Section, Account Access, click on the Login to Your Account and a drop down box opens
  • Click on, Select Advantage Custodial Account,
  • In the Welcome Voya Customers box, Click New User? Create a User ID and register link
  • Registration: fill in required information which includes last 4 digits of Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Account Number, and email address, click Continue
  • In the last step of registration, creating your User ID and password there will be a question if you want to setup e-delivery and you need to click Yes.

VOYA/ING- VAN

Go to www.voya.com

  • Click on "Create a User ID and Register"
  • Follow instructions to set up your User ID and Password so you may access your account information.
  • Once you are set up, you will log into http://ing.us and enter your "User ID" and "Password" and then you will be able to look at your account.

Zurich American Life Insurance Co.

Go to www.zurichamericanlifeinsurance.com

  • On the left-hand side, click on "Account Access",
  • You will need to call Zurich for a Account ID # and PIN #,
  • Call 800.449.0523 and request those items,
  • Then you go back to www.zurichamericanlifeinsurance.com and enter the Account ID # and PIN# and you can access your account information.
